How do we get started on a project?
Every project begins with a conversation. Send us a note through our contact form or email hello@desertluxeconstruction.com, and we will set up an in-home consultation within a few business days.
What does a typical project cost?
Project budgets vary significantly based on scope, finishes, and structural complexity. Kitchen and bath remodels at Desert Luxe typically start in the mid-five figures. Full home remodels start in the mid-six figures. We provide a detailed line-item estimate during the planning phase, before any work begins.
How long does a remodel take?
Kitchen and bath remodels typically run 10 to 16 weeks from demolition to handoff. Full home remodels run 4 to 9 months. Every project receives a specific written timeline before construction begins.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. We work with clients on design direction, selections, and finishes as part of every project. For clients who already have a designer, we coordinate closely with the existing design team.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Desert Luxe Construction is fully licensed in Arizona (ROC # 365579), bonded, and insured. Our subcontractors are vetted, licensed, and insured in their respective trades.
Can we stay in the home during a remodel?
It depends on the scope. For single-space projects like a primary bath or guest room, most clients can stay in the home. For full kitchen remodels or larger projects, we typically recommend alternate arrangements during the heaviest construction phases. We discuss this during the planning phase.
Where do you work?
Most of our projects are in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Arcadia, and surrounding areas — generally within a 30-mile radius of Scottsdale. We occasionally take on projects further out for the right clients and the right scope.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We stand behind our work with a standard one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on installed products and materials apply on top of that. Specifics are detailed in your project agreement.
